What we collect

When you use the contact form or the AI assistant we collect what you type, such as your name, email address, phone number, organisation and the details of your request. We also store a short technical record (a hashed network address and browser type) to prevent abuse.

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, create and manage support tickets, prepare quotations, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your information.

The AI assistant

The assistant is an AI. Your messages are processed by an AI service provider to produce replies, and the conversation is stored so our team can follow up and improve the service. Please do not share passwords, card numbers or other secrets in the chat.

Who sees it

AdcareIT staff who handle sales and support, and service providers who host the website, send email and process AI replies on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Payments

Payments are made through Safaricom M-Pesa. You approve each payment on your own phone with your M-Pesa PIN. We never see or store your PIN or card details. We keep a record of the order, the amount and the M-Pesa receipt number.
